  • Order Cancellation

Unshipped Orders: Cancellation and refund are available free of charge within 48 hours of order placement.

Shipped Orders: A 20% handling fee will apply for cancellation if the order has already been shipped.

  • Return Requirements

Return Conditions: Only unused, undamaged tiles in their original packaging are accepted.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

Transportation Damage: Take photos and contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt, providing the tracking number. We will replace the item free of charge.

  • Fee Explanation

Regular Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns Due to Our Errors (e.g., wrong item sent, quality issues): We will cover all shipping costs.

  • Refund Processing

After approval, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

  • Special Notes

Customized products (e.g., special sizes, custom patterns) cannot be cancelled or returned. Design details must be confirmed before placing an order.

Promotional Items: Only exchanges or repairs are available; refunds are not supported.
