Return Policy

Order Cancellation 

  • Unshipped Orders: Cancellation and refund are available free of charge within 48 hours of order placement.
  • Shipped Orders: A 20% handling fee will apply for cancellation if the order has already been shipped.

Return Requirements

  • Return Conditions: Only unused, undamaged tiles in their original packaging are accepted.
    Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Transportation Damage: Take photos and contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt, providing the tracking number. We will replace the item free of charge

Fee Explanation

  • Regular Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Returns Due to Our Errors (e.g., wrong item sent, quality issues): We will cover all shipping costs.

Refund Processing

  • After approval, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Special Notes

  • Customized products (e.g., special sizes, custom patterns) cannot be cancelled or returned. Design details must be confirmed before placing an order.
  • Promotional Items: Only exchanges or repairs are available; refunds are not supported.
