Due to production batches, kiln conditions, or the characteristics of natural materials, tiles may have slight differences in color or texture. To avoid visual differences after installation, it is recommended to purchase a sufficient quantity at once to ensure that the tiles are from the same batch. If purchasing in batches, noticeable color differences may occur between different batches; this is normal, and the manufacturer is not responsible for returns or exchanges due to this. Please keep a sample and confirm the effect before purchasing.
Substrate preparation: Ensure the floor or wall surface is flat, dry, and free of oil stains. If necessary, use self-leveling cement to level it.
Gap arrangement recommendations: Leave appropriate gaps (usually 2-5mm) according to the tile size to facilitate thermal expansion and contraction and future maintenance.
Professional installation: It is recommended that the installation be carried out by an experienced installation team to avoid hollow spots or damage.
Daily cleaning: Wipe with a neutral detergent or warm water. Avoid strong acids, alkalis, or corrosive solvents.
Anti-slip treatment: For slippery areas (such as bathrooms), choose anti-slip textured tiles or use anti-slip spray regularly.
Scratch repair: Minor scratches can be treated with tile polishing powder; severely damaged tiles require replacement.
The dimensional tolerance of our brand's tiles is controlled within ±0.5%. Due to differences in natural materials or processes, a very small number of products may have slight deviations. We recommend adjusting the grout lines or trimming the tiles during installation to optimize the overall effect.
